Walnut Creek City Council Plans To Expand Rules On Recreational Cannabis Sales

At its meeting Tuesday, the Walnut Creek City Council said it wants to allow recreational cannabis sales for adults, at least as far as delivery goes, but will hold off until next year before taking up the issue of storefront sales within city limits.
