OPINION - Business must do more to recruit young talent

Youth employment is an issue that is close to my heart. We employ around 1,500 school leavers and graduates each year at PwC. We see this number growing next year. So it’s troubling and puzzling that, like many businesses, we’re hungry for more recruits, yet unemployment among 18 to 24-year-olds in London has risen.
