Asos menopause leave? Honestly, I would rather not

It’ll be interesting to see how many takers there will be for Asos’s exciting new workplace policy. It’s offering its staff 10 days’ paid menopause leave. My bet is that the number of women who will be keen to share their gynaecological vicissitudes with their manager will be few.
